Shipping & Returns
Packages take about 1 – 4 business days via USPS to the 48 US contiguous states (Due to the Corona Virus expect up to 1 day delay through USPS). Other states and US territories may have slightly longer delivery times. During holidays or poor weather, packages may arrive within 4 – 7 business days.
Any one or more of a few possible factors may affect the delivery time of your package. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be held responsible for delays caused by (but not limited to) the weather or USPS issues. We ship packages on Monday – Saturday. USPS does not accept packages on Sunday and all observed holidays.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to the US states and territories only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We don not accept returns on electrical machine and blades, If there is a problem contact the manufacturer. If there is a problem with anything else, contact us to resolve the issue. All merchandise has to be returned in original packaging and packed securely. If requesting a refund and the product does not have a verifiable manufacturers defect, then a refund will be given with a 20% deduction for the restock fee and the shipping cost. If the product has been tampered with, the warranty will be void, and we will be unable to return or exchange the item. Paige Barber Supply is not responsible for any lost packages that occurs when the item is being shipped back to us. All returns must be shipped through USPS.
